What is the ICAN Index? The scores, the marks, and how to read your ballot.
The ICAN Index measures how a candidate’s public record aligns with ICAN’s priorities, from −3 to +3. It reflects research on antisemitism, the U.S.–Israel relationship, and related community issues.
A check marks an ICAN-endorsed candidate or the unique highest score in a fully assessed single-seat race. A red X means explicit ICAN opposition; a lower score alone never means opposition. ICAN endorsements are labeled separately. Unassessed candidates remain visible.
